Amazon Explore was a live virtual experience offering launched during the pandemic, letting people travel virtually with hosts around the world through shopping, classes, and tours. On the Explore team, I authored extensive guidelines that ensured each experience was advertised with high-quality assets, and shipped deliverables for promotional efforts and the Explore homepage on Amazon.com.

On the Explore team, I was tapped to lead and create SOP guides documenting our internal QA processes. My team reviewed host-submitted images, videos, and graphics and gave detailed feedback to ensure every experience met our quality bar. The guides defined review criteria, exemplified our quality bar, and outlined each step of the process. I collaborated closely with the team to capture everything and published extensive documentation for current and future members which totaled over 60 pages combined. Below is a small peek at that documentation.
